The City will accept requests through June 30, 2020. After that date a ballot will be generated and mailed to Retirees to vote their representative to serve on the Other-Post Employment Benefits (OPEB) Trust Board. The terms of all trustees shall be five years. Every trustee shall serve as a member of the Board until the appointment and confirmation of their successor who shall serve for the balance of the term into which they were appointed
