Nomination papers available for the Retirement Board Election

MEDFORD RETIREMENT BOARD

The term of your Medford Retirement Board Employee Representative, Patrick H. Ripley, expires on June 30, 2026.  Nomination papers are open for the election of this position, for a term of three (3) years from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2029.    

Any member in service or any person retired from the Medford Retirement System is eligible to be a candidate for this office and to vote in the election.  Candidates may be nominated by obtaining signatures and addresses of twenty (20) members in service and/or retirees in the retirement system

Nomination papers will be available at the Medford Retirement System Office, Medford City Hall, Room 215, starting on March 16, 2026 at 8:30am until Friday May 1, 2026 at 12:30pm. 

Mon, Tues & Thurs, from 8:30am- 4:30pm, Wed 8:30am -7:30pm & Fri 8:30am-12:30pm

(In the event a member is unable to pick up his/her nomination papers in person, a “letter of authorization” will be accepted).
